摘要
工程管理专业学生为适应在工程建设领域广泛就业的社会需求,要在全面发展目标的具体把握下,突出实践能力的培养。尤要从激发学生的专业兴趣和学习积极性入手,加强实践教学环节和相应教学基地建设,力求扎实地掌握多种实务操作技能,养成广泛就业的适应能力。
To suit the social demand for extensive employment in engineering construction field, students majoring in engineering management must lay stress on fostering their practice ability under the specific grasp of overall development objectives. Especially, we should start from stimulating students＇ professional interests and study enthusiasm, strengthen practice teaching and corresponding teaching base construction, and strive to make students gain a solid grasp of various practical skills, thus developing extensive employment adaptability.
