高效液相色谱法测定联苯甲酸异构体的含量 被引量:1

摘要 建立了3位和4位联苯甲酸同分异构体混合物的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)含量测定.色谱柱为SymmetryC18,检测波长254nm,流动相为甲醇-磷酸二氢钾(1.2mol/L),流速1mL/min.3-联苯甲酸的线性范围是48-720mg/L,4~联苯甲酸线性范围是21~685mg/L;最低检出质量浓度均为0.01mg/L,相关系数分别为0.9992和0.9998;平均回收率分别是99.4%和98.8%(n=6),RSD分别为0.87%和0.93%. A HPLC method for determination of the isomeric compounds of 3-diphenyl methyl acid and 4- diphenyl methyl acid is established. The analytical column is Symmetry C18 (150 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consists of a mixture of methanol and 1.2 mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The detection wavelength is 254 nm. The standard curve of 3-diphenyl methyl acid and 4-diphenyl methyl acid are linear in the range of 48-720 mg/L and 21 -685 mg/L( R = 0. 999 2 and R = 0. 999 8) respectively. The two lowest limits of the detections are 0.01 mg/L. The average recoveries are 99.4 % and 98.8 % (n =6) respectively. The RSD are 0.87 % and 0.93 % respectively.
