为提高水中痕量酚测定的灵敏度,选择它的富集和分离方法是关键;用乙酸丁酯作萃取剂,同时加入盐析剂NaCl、络合剂磷酸三丁酯比仅用乙酸丁酯作提取剂时测得的酚含量的灵敏度提高20%以上,加标回收率达到95.4%,最低检出限为1μg·L-1。
The enrichment and separation method is the key to enhance the determining sensitivity of trace phenol in Water. The determining sensitivity of phenol would be raised over 20% by using butyl acetate as extracting agent, adding NaCl as salting-out agent, and tributyl phosphate as complexing agent than by only using butyl acetate. The recovery was 95.4%. The minimum detectability was 1μg· L^-1.
