摘要 通过对三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)配方中硫化体系、补强体系和填充体系变量进行配合实验,采用正交实验法考察过氧化物、硫磺、炭黑以及填充纤维4个因子对EPDM抗撕裂性能的影响,具体分析了其差异及产生的原因,并找出了优化的EPDM抗撕裂配方工艺条件。 Matching tests were carried out on the variables of vulcanizing system, reinforcing system and filling system in the formulation of EPDM. Effects of the four factors of peroxide, sulfur, carbon black and filled fiber on the tear resistance of EPDM were investigated by orthogonal experiment method. The differences and causes were analyzed concretely, and the optimal process conditions of EPDM tear resistance formulation were found out.
