摘要
目的分析我院抗抑郁药应用状况及趋势预测,引导临床合理用药。方法采用用药金额和用药频度(DDDs)排序法,对我院2004～2008年抗抑郁药应用情况进行统计分析。结果抗抑郁药的用药金额、5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)及非典型抗抑郁药的DDDs逐年增长。结论副作用小、经济高效的SSRI及非典型抗抑郁药是药物治疗的首选。
Objective To analyze the present used situation and tendency of antidepressive drugs in our hospital to guide the clinical rational drug used. Methods The used situation was analysed according to the order of consumption sum and order of the DDDs of the antidepressive drugs which were applied in our hospital from 2004 to 2008. Results The consumption of antidepressive drugs, the DDDs of selective serotonin reuptake inhibiors （SSRI） and nortypica antidepressive drugs increased year by year. Conclusions SSRI and nortypica antidepressive drugs of smaller side effects, economy high efficiiency were the choice drugs for depression.
