摘要
介绍了ASPENPLUS软件在炼油厂污水处理工艺过程不同设计阶段中的应用。所建模型已用于高含硫含氨污水汽提工艺的研究开发和设计过程,并用于操作工况分析及离线操作指导,从而解决了工程设计中的难题。炼油厂含硫污水经过处理由高浓度污染源变成有用的资源,减少了环境污染。取得了良好的经济效益及社会效益。
The application of ASPE PLUS software in different stages of process design of sour water stripping in refineries was intnduced. The established model has been applied to the development and engineering design of the stripping process for the treatment of high suffur/ammonia contained sour water, and to operation case study and off-line operation guide, thus solving the difficult problem in engineering design. Having been treated, the refinery sour water has been changed from highly conentrated pollutant source to useful resouree. Therefore the environmen-tal pollution has been reduced, and economical benefit as well as social effect has been achieved.
