摘要
目的:三维频域OCT鉴别黄斑全层裂孔,板层裂孔,假性黄斑裂孔。方法:对53例58眼临床直接或间接眼底镜及三面镜检查疑似或诊断为黄斑裂孔者进行3D频域OCT及2D-OCT,或FFA鉴别分析。结果:本组病例使用3D频域OCT的诊断符合率为100%。结论:三维频域OCT可直观的显示黄斑裂孔的三维结构,对不同类别黄斑裂孔视网膜神经纤维层,感光细胞层,视网膜色素上皮层厚度进行更准确的测量,全面直观的观察不同类别黄斑裂孔的病变层次和病理形态学变化,极大地提高了诊断鉴别的准确性和工作效率。
AIM:To investigate the differential diagnosis of full-thickness macular hole,lamellar hole and pseudo-macular hole by three-dimensional(3D) frequency-domain OCT.·METHODS:Fiffty-eight eyes of 53 cases who were diagnosed or suspected as macular hole by direct or indirect ophthalmos-copy or three mirror contact lens examination underwent 3D or 2D frequency-domain OCT,or FFA discriminant analysis.·RESULTS:The diagnose accordance rate of 3D frequency-domain OCT was 100%.·CONCLUSION:3D frequency-domain OCT can show intuitive 3D structure of different types of macular hole,and retinal nerve fiber layer,photoreceptor cell layer and the thickness of retinal pigment epithelium can get more accurate measurement.Different types of macular hole lesions and pathological changes can be observed comprehensively and the accuracy of differential diagnosis and the work efficiency can be enhanced greatly.
