摘要
对经过流行病学调查、临床诊断、病理剖检、病原学检查确诊为猪圆环病毒感染的病猪放血处死,采集肺脏、脾脏、全身淋巴结等组织制作同源组织灭活苗。选取体重相近、有临床发病表现的仔猪160头,随机分成A、B、C、D 4组,其中A组为同源组织灭活苗+兽大菌灭注射液,B组为兽大菌灭注射液,C组为杂症一针注射液,D组为对照组,每组40头。每天用药1次,连用3 d,在相同条件下进行饲养管理,结果A、B、C、D 4组的成活率分别为95.0%、80.0%、45.0%、17.5%。
The porcine circovirus infected pigs which were diagnosed by epidemiological investigation,clinical examination and pathogen detection were exanguinated to death.Then the lungs,spleen and lymph nodes were selected to make its homologous tissular inactivate vaccine.The 160 sick piglets were divided into four groups,group D as control,Group B and C were injected antibiotics,Group A was injected with inactivated accine combined with antibiotics,adminastration once a day for 3 days.The results showed that the survival rates of group A,B,C and D were 95.0%,80.0%,45.0% and 17.5%.
