摘要
我国南方地表水有机物、胶体硅含量较高,使得当地火电厂水处理通常采用的凝胶型强碱阴树脂受到不同程度的污染。由于树脂被污染的机理复杂,常规碱液浸泡复苏工艺已很难有效恢复树脂的交换容量。大唐宁德发电有限责任公司对所用213阴树脂的污染情况进行分析,确定其为有机物污染,为此进行了复苏试验。复苏液以盐碱混合液为主,外加氧化剂,具体配方为4%氢氧化钠+10%的氯化钠+1%双氧水。实际应用结果表明,复苏方案正确合理,被污染的旧树脂经复苏后其各项运行指标接近新树脂,因而延长了树脂的使用寿命,提高了电厂的运行经济性。
The organic matters and coloidal silicon content in ground - surface water of southern China is high, making the geltype strong base anion resin adopted in water treatment of thermar power plants in the locality to be polluted in different degrees. Owing to the mechanism of resin pollution is complex, the conventional recovery technology with immersion in alkaline solution is very difficult to effectively recover the original exchange capacity of the used resin. The pollution of 213 anion resin used in Datang Ningde Power Generation Co Ltd has been analysed. It is believed from analysis that the resin is polluted by organic matters,and for this,a recovery test has been carried out. The recovery solution takes salt and alkali as main components,and adding some oxidants, the concrete prescription is as follows:4% NaOH+ 10% NaCl+ 1%H2O2. Result of practical application shows that the recovery scheme is correct and reasonable, each index of the polluted old resin after recovery treatment being near to that to the new resin,thereby,lengthening the service life of used resin,enhancing the economic efficiency in operation of power plant.
