摘要
随着工业自动化水平的提高,同一台设备或同一条生产线上常使用多台交流伺服系统,迫切要求交流伺服具有网络功能并可实现基于网络的实时监控。基于主从结构RS485网络开发了实时性高、功能强、操作简单实用的全数字交流伺服驱动实时监控软件BY-Mcon,介绍了以PC机为主站,各交流伺服驱动为从站的网络结构、监控软件结构与界面、符合伺服系统要求的数据传输通讯协议。实验测试结果表明,该软件成功实现了交流伺服系统的多站点监控,已在相关企业应用。
With the development of industry automation, many servo drivers may be used in one equipment or one production line at meantime. Therefore, network monitoring and controlling software is needed. Based on RS 485 master/slave structure, a real-time, powerful and handy monitoring and controlling software for alldigital AC servo drivers is developed. The paper introduces the network structure that contains a PC computer (master) and serial servo drivers (slave), monitoring software' s interfaces, communication protocols suitable for the servo system and so on. The practical test results show that the software works well and it has been used in related company.
