摘要
分析了三峡大坝右岸地下电站尾水洞钢模台车的门架的约束和载荷。简述了ANSYS Workbench截面优化原理,并利用ANSYS Workbench平台的DesidnXplorer模块所提供的DOE技术分析了钢模台车门架截面面积的变化与应力、总重量之间的关系。在此基础上选出最优截面参数。最终结果表明优化方法可减少三峡地下电站钢模台车门架约17%的重量。
Studies the loads and the constraint conditions of the gantry of the steel mold trolley that is used in the tail channel of SanXia underground power station. An analysis of DOE technology provided by DesidnXplorer open out the relationship between the section,the stress and the weight of the gantry of the steel mold trolley. On this basis, the optimal cross-section is given. The result of optimization can decrease the weight of the gantry by about 17.03 %.
