摘要
采用顶部籽晶溶液法,生长了直径约15mm,长度为10mm的近化学计量比钽酸锂(near-stoichiometric Li TaO3,SLT)和Zn掺杂的近化学计量比钽酸锂(Zn:SLT)晶体。生长的晶体无色透明,没有宏观缺陷。通过X射线粉末衍射法测试晶体结构和晶格参数,Zn:SLT晶体的晶格参数小于未掺杂的SLT晶体。与同成分钽酸锂晶体相比,SLT晶体的抗光损伤能力显著提高,Zn:SLT晶体的抗光损伤阈值大于500MW/cm2。
Near-stoichiometric LiTaO3(SLT) and Zn-doped near-stoichiometric LiTaO3(Zn:SLT) crystals about 15 mm in diameter and 10 mm in length were grown by the top seeded solution growth method.The crystals grown are colorless and transparent and without macro-defects.The lattice constant of the Zn:SLT calculated by X-ray powder diffraction is smaller than that of the SLT.Compared with congruent LiTaO3 crystals.The SLT exhibits much higher optical damage resistance,and the optical damage threshold of the Zn:SLT crystal is more than 500 MW/cm^2.
