摘要
低温共烧陶瓷是近年来微波介质陶瓷材料发展的一个主流方向。固有烧结温度低的介质材料,由于其本身具有低的烧结温度以及优良的微波介电性能,因而,受到了研究者们的广泛关注。文中综合介绍了目前热点研究的固有烧结温度低的Li基CaO-Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2以及Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2系陶瓷材料;尤其对Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2系微波介质材料的结构、微波介电性能等进行了详尽的讨论,分别讨论了具有高介电常数、中介电常数以及低介电常数的各种锂铌钛系陶瓷材料。同时也指出了目前对Li基陶瓷材料结构与性能之间的关系缺乏系统研究以及部分Li基材料的绝缘性能欠佳等问题。
Low temperature co-fired ceramic materials have been the main focus in the development of microwave dielectric ceramics.Much attention has been paid to dielectric materials with low intrinsic sintering temperatures and good microwave dielectric proper-ties.In this paper,a Li-based CaO-Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2 system and Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2 system microwave dielectric ceramics with low intrinsic sintering temperatures are introduced.The structure and microwave dielectric properties of the Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2 materials are analyzed in detail.Li2O-Nb2O5-TiO2 materials with high permittivity,medium permittivity and low permittivity are discussed.Also,some problems are indicated,such as a lack of investigation of the relationship between the structure and properties for Li-based materials and the poor isolation properties for some Li-based materials.
