摘要
目的探讨善愈聚丙烯补片在股疝手术中的应用价值。方法对2007年3月到2009年8月收治的21例股疝修补术患者进行回顾性分析。观察性别、年龄、手术方法、手术时间、住院手术费、术后并发症及复发情况。结果本组患者均治愈,手术时间40～75min。患者术后疼痛轻,未使用止痛药,无切口感染,平均手术费用4050元,随访2～29个月,无术后慢性疼痛,异物感不明显。结论善愈补片修补股疝可作为一种安全有效的手术方式,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the clinical value with EasyProsthesis Polypropylene mesh to repair femoral hernia. Methods To review and analyze the date of 21 patients after operation from 2007 to 2009. We research the gender, age, technique, operative time, the lenth of stay, postoperative complications and rate of racurrence. Results All cases were healed. The operation time was 40 to 75 minutes. All patients had slight wound pain after operation, no one used analgesics. No one had the wound infection. The average cost was 4050 yuan（RMB）. No one had the chronic pain, no recurrence and no one had the feeling of foreign body followed up 2 to 29 months. Conclusions EasyProsthesis Polypropylene patch to repair femoral hernia is a safe technique and be worth to popularize.
