摘要
介绍了View Cast软件在大型钢锭工艺优化中的应用;利用View Cast软件强大的设计计算功能计算了钢锭的浇注系统(主要是冒口的计算,包括冒口的数目及尺寸),通过模拟计算验证了该工艺设计的可行性,所得结果并与实际的结果一致。模拟结果表明,改进后的工艺大大的减少了缩孔、缩松缺陷的产生,提高了铸件的质量。
The simulating software View Cast was introduced in the optimization of large ingot process. The powerful design and calculation function of the software was used in the design and calculation of the pouring system of the large ingot (including the number of the risers and its dimension), the feasibility of the technology was validated by numerical simulation. The results of numerical simulation show that the shrinkage and the porosity are avoided effectively in casting, meanwhile the casting quality improves.
