穴位埋线对海洛因依赖大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨穴位埋线等不同干预方法对海洛因依赖大鼠CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD8+的影响。方法采用逐日递增法建立海洛因依赖大鼠模型,随机分为自然戒断组、美沙酮组、针刺组和穴位埋线组,给予相应干预结束后,比较各组大鼠外周血CD4+和CD8+细胞百分数、CD4+/CD8+的变化。结果美沙酮组CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD8+与自然戒断组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),针刺组和穴位埋线组CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD8+与自然戒断组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),针刺组和穴位埋线组CD4+、CD8+细胞百分数及CD4+/CD8+间差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位埋线能改善海洛因依赖大鼠紊乱的T淋巴细胞亚群,提高其细胞免疫功能。 Objective To explore the effect of different interventions on CD4^+ , CD8^+ , and the cell percentages of CD4^+ , CD8^+ in heroin dependence rats. Methods Heroin addiction rat models established by a daily ascending method were divided randomly into groups natural withdrawal (group A) , methadone (group B) , acupuncture (group C) and acupoint catgut embedding ( group D). After corresponding interventions, the changes of peripheral blood CD4^+ , CD8^+ , and cell percentagesof CD4^+ , CD^8+ were compared between all groups. Results There was not significant difference in CD4^+, CD8^+ , and cell percentages of CD4^+ , CD8^+ between groups B and A ( P 〉 0, 05 ), but groups C and D were significantly different from group A ( P 〈 0. 05 ), and group C from group D (P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion Acupoint catgut embedding can improve disorders of T - lymphocyte subsets and increase their cellular immune function.
