摘要
线粒体是核外唯一含有遗传效应物质的细胞器,能够独立进行基因的转录、翻译和蛋白质的表达。线粒体DNA(mitochondrial DNA,mtDNA)占细胞内DNA总量的1%,比核DNA突变率高约10倍,损伤修复能力比核DNA低。目前,mtDNA损伤对眼组织细胞凋亡、基因改变、细胞活性的影响已成为眼科疾病研究的热点。本文就mtDNA损伤与眼病相关性研究的进展作一综述。
Mitochondria is the only kind organelle with genetic effects outside nucleus,and can do gene transcription,translation and protein expression independently.Mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA) is only about 1% of the total amount of intracellular DNA.Its mutation rate is ten times to nuclear DNA,but its damage repair capacity is lower than nuclear DNA.The effects of mtDNA injury on apoptosis,genetic changes and cytoactive at ocular tissues are the hot points in the research of ophthalmopathy recently.This article reviews the correlation between mtDNA injury and ophthalmopathy.
