摘要
为探讨粗酶制剂促进鸡生长的作用机制,通过三系列试验研究了粗酶制剂添加于大麦日粮中对不同基因型或生理状况的鸡血液代谢激素的影响。结果表明,粗酶制剂处理,使蛋用雏鸡T3(三碘甲腺原氨酸)、TSH(促甲状腺激素)和T3/T4(甲状腺素)显著提高(P<0.01或P<0.05);21日龄肉鸡T3、Ins(胰岛素)、T3/T4和Ins/Gluc(胰高血糖素)提高(P<0.05);42日龄肉鸡T3、GH(生长激素)、Ins、T3/T4和Ins/Gluc显著提高(P<0.05),而Gluc显著降低(P<0.05);生长后期鸡T3、GH和T3/T4显著升高(P<0.05)。结果提示,粗酶制剂可通过调节代谢激素的分泌而提高鸡的生产性能。
The effects of crude enzyme preparations supplementing to barley diets on blood metabolic hormones in the chicken of different genetic strain or physiologic status were investigated to search into the mechanism for the crude enzyme preparation to promote growth in chickens. As the results, enzyme treatment increased blood T 3 (P<0.05), TSH (P<0.01) and T 3/T 4 (P<0.05) in egg strain chickens. Meanwhile enzyme treatment resulted in the increase of blood T 3 (P<0.05), insulin (P<0.05), GH (P<0.05), T 3/T 4 (P<0.05) and insulin/glucagon (P<0.05) in 21 D or 42 D old meat strain chickens, but the decrease of blood glucagon in 42 D old meat strain. Besides, higher blood T 3 (P<0.05), GH (P<0.05) and T 3/T 4 (P<0.05) in cockerel resulted from enzyme treatment. The results suggested that the crude enzyme preparations can increase the growth of chicken by modulating the metabolic hormone secretion.
