摘要
用工业废渣赤泥制备了水处理混凝剂。研究了焙烧条件、酸浸条件及聚合条件的影响,确定制备混凝剂的最佳条件如下:赤泥于600℃焙烧1 h,常温下用3 mol.L-1的盐酸浸取3 h,盐酸与赤泥的投加比为10 mL.g-1,酸浸液按50 g.L-1投加碳酸镁在80℃聚合反应3 h,可制得高效混凝剂。
In this paper,the preparation of coagulant from the industrial residue——red mud was studied.The influence of process parameter such as the conditions for roasting,acidic leaching and polymerization were investigated in detail.The high efficiency coagulant could be obtained under following optimum process:the red mud roasted at 600℃ for 1 hour was immersed in 3 mol·L-1 HCl for 3 hours at normal temperature with the ratio of acid to red mud of 10 mL·g-1,then the filtrate was polymerized with 50 g·L-1 MgCO3 at 80℃ for 3 hours.
