2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与心功能不全的关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血尿酸水平与心功能不全的关系。方法:对2型糖尿病患者218例行二维及多普勒超声心动图检查,根据左室射血分数和舒张早期二尖瓣血流速度E峰/舒张晚期血流速度A峰比值分为心功能正常组及心功能不全组。记录所有患者一般情况并测量入院第2天相关生化指标。比较2组间的差异,推测2型糖尿病患者心功能不全发生的危险因素。结果:心功能不全组患者较心功能正常组年龄大(P<0.01)、病程长(P<0.05);心功能不全组体质量指数、三酰甘油、血尿酸及血糖水平均较心功能正常组高(P<0.01或P<0.05)。2型糖尿病患者心功能不全的发生与年龄、体质量指数、血尿酸和三酰甘油均成显著正相关。结论:高尿酸血症是2型糖尿病患者出现心功能不全的独立危险因素。 Objective To explore the relationship of blood uric acid level and cardiac dysfunction. Methods The cardiac function of 218 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was evaluated with two- dimensional and Doppler eehoeardiogram. The left ventricular ejection fraction and the E/A ratio were calculated. The general clinical profile and the biological data obtained next day after admission were collected and compared between patients with normal cardiac function and cardiac dysfunction to identify the risk factors for cardiac dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Results Compared to the patients with normal cardiac [unction, the patients with cardiac dysfunction were older (P 〈0. 01), the history of diabetes mellitus was longer (P〈 0. 05), body mass index, triacylglyeerol, blood uric acid and blood glucose level were higher(P〈0.01, P〈0.05). Cardiac dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus was positively related to the age, body mass index, uric acid level and triacylglycerol level. Conclusion Hyperuricemia is an independent risk factor for cardiac dysfunction in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
