摘要
应用Aspen Plus软件中的用户模型(User Model),基于渗透理论建立了石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫吸收塔的非稳态模型。通过二分法和差分方法结合的方法进行求解,采用Fortran语言编程并将其编译成Apsen Plus的用户模型,从而能方便地利用Aspen Plus进行石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫过程的全流程模拟。利用上述建立的模型对工厂运行工况进行模拟,模拟结果和现场数据吻合良好,绝对误差在1%以内,验证了脱硫吸收塔模型的可靠性。
Base on percolation theory, the unsteady model of the absorber tower in the wet limestone/gypsum flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system was established by user model of Aspen Plus. The solution was solved by combination of bisection and difference method, and the user model of Aspen Plus was developed by Fortran language. It is feasible to simulate the full process of limestone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization by Aspen Plus, and the simulation results were in good agreement with the real data. The absolute error was less than 1.0%, which verified the model reliability.
