摘要
为使不熟练计算机编程的工程技术人员、专业设计人员及科研人员能迅速、准确地求解换热网络夹点及所需最小公用工程能量的目标,本文以文献上的事例为研究对象,按问题表格法确定换热网络夹点的原理,利用Excel电子表格建模法求解,并利用Excel图表功能绘制出的总复合曲线图分析网络用能。计算结果与文献上采用计算机编程计算的结果完全相同,表明该计算方法是完全正确可行,且因其简单、实用、直观、灵活、易掌握、又无需计算机编程,因而特别适用于新建化工装置换热网络的优化设计和现行化工生产装置的用能分析及节能优化改造等工作。
People such as technical engineers, professional engineers and other researchers may not be very familiar with programming, thus how to make those people decide the pinch point of the heat exchanger networks and the minimum utilities energy target qucekly and precisely, so as to save the energy and cut the costs has become an urgent research subject. The author took samples from authoritative literature as the research objects, used question table method to decide the principle of the pinch point in heat exchanger network, got the result by using Excel electronic table modeling, and did energy consuming analysis by using grand composite curve generated from Excel. The calculating results were completely the same as the ones given in authoritative literature, which were got from computer programming. It shows that this calculating method is totally correct and reliable. Because it is simple, practical, clear, flexible, easy to master, and you do not need programming, it is especially suitable for the optimization design of the heat exchanger networks in newly - built chemical industry installations and the energy consuming analysis and the optimization & energy conservation reform of the present chemical industry installations.
