摘要
通过分析塑料油箱的结构,阐述塑料油箱吹塑模具结构的设计特点,对分型面的选择、排气系统、冷却系统等关键部位的设计进行了讨论。分析了挤出模具口模和芯棒的设计,并对挤出吹塑工艺进行了讨论。经生产验证,该模具结构设计合理、可靠,成型的塑料件质量良好。
By analyzing the structural characteristics of plastic fuel tanks, the extrusion blow molding die structure design including the choice of surface, exhaust system, cooling system was discussed. The design of the die and mandrel in the extrusion die was analyzed, and the extrusion blow molding process was discussed. The production proved that the design of the die structure was reasonable and reliable, plastic parts produced it had good quality.
