摘要
通过对我国特殊教育师资现状的理性思考与分析,提出有关特殊教育师资培养的可行性方案,以进一步丰富我国特殊教育发展的理论内涵。同时,立足于当地社会为特殊教育的发展尽一分绵薄之力。在整个研究的过程中,逐步将已经形成的研究方案与思路具体落实到实践之中,并就一些重点与难点加以发展与完善。
Through rational thinking and analyzing the present situation of our country's special education teachers, this article puts forward a feasible plan related to special education teacher training, hoping to further enrich the theory connotation in the development of our country's special education. At the same time, it bases on the idea that local society serves special education development. In the entire process of researching, the formed research plan and mentality are gradually carried out into practice, and some key and difficult points are developed and perfected.
