摘要 利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元软件模拟石英微机械陀螺封装结构在冲击载荷下有无缓冲垫的动态特性,分析缓冲垫对结构经受x、y、z三方向振动冲击的减振效果。通过软件分析封装经过一级减振使冲击加速度载荷在x方向降低最少,z方向最多。当陀螺经受x,y,z三方向5 000g的半正弦碰撞冲击试验时,必须对器件进行多级减振才能对石英陀螺器件起到保护效果,该分析对陀螺碰撞试验具有实际指导意义。 The finite element analysis software LS-DYNA was employed to simulate the dynamic characters of the gyroscope encapsulation with cushioning buffer or not, then analysis the effect of the cushioning buffer. By studying the software result the shock load was reduced by list with x axis, while by most with z axis. The quartz gyroscope was protected well with two-level buffer when the quartz MEMS gyroscope was experienced the crash test of 5 000 g half sinusoidal shock of x, y and z axis. The simulation can provide practice guidelines for shock test.
