摘要
目的:根据飞行员遇险救护装置战术技术要求,对设计方案进行极端工作状态下负重稳定性计算,以评估设计方案是否满足战术技术指标要求。方法:倾覆稳定性取决于吊救装置的重心位置,因此将吊救装置单独分析计算,确定其重心位置。附加载荷平衡条件后,计算确定系统倾覆稳定性是否满足要求。采用基于UG平台的三维CAD设计软件对吊救装置建模分析,得出系统质量特性。结果:在技术指标要求的各种工作状态下,装备的整体重心未偏离支撑面。结论:通过计算得出,该装置在各种状态下工作稳定,不会发生侧翻。
Objective To calculate the dynamic stability at extreme work condition according to the technical request, and evaluate whether the design of pilot-rescue-equipment meets the task target or not. Methods The stability of pilot-rescue- equipment depends on its barycenter, so the steeve was analyzed individually to find out its barycenter. Then the dynamic stability was calculated on condition of the load on equipment. The calculation was completed with AutoCAD based on the UG. Results In all required conditions, the barycenter of the whole equipment wasn't aberrantand. Conclusion It is proved that the dynamic stability of equipment meets the request of task target.
