Synthesis,crystal structure and biological activity of salicylaldehyde-fluoreylamine Schiff base

摘要 The synthesis of a new Schiff base(salicylaldehyde-fluorenylamine) with fluorene was reported.The molecular structure was characterized by IR,1H NMR,MS and elementary analysis.The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P2(1)/c with a =1.60170(6)nm,b=0.82261(8)nm,c=1.11693(2)nm,β=96.671(7)°,V= 1.4617(2) nm3,Z=4,Dc = 1.297g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.080mm-1,F(000) = 600,R1= 0.0857,WR2= 0.1989.The biological activity test indicated that it was an effective bactericide on bacillus such as Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus thuring Iensis and Bacillus subtilis.
