摘要
针对铝箔轧机箔带轧制过程中出现的断带问题,通过分析和对比在正常状态下和断带故障发生前张力、速度等物理参数的变化,从而得出反映箔带轧制状态的特征参数形式。采用基于D-S证据理论的数据融合方法,对所得出的特征参数进行融合处理,最终输出对箔带轧制状态的识别结果,为下一步的断带保护作了积极的探索。
In accordance with the "strip break" problem in rolling process of aluminum foil, through analyzing and comparing the variation of the physical parameters under normal condition and pre-strip break condition, including tension, speed, etc. , the characteristic parameters re- flecting wiling process are formed. By adopting the data fusion method based on D-S evidence theory, the fusion processing for characteristic parameters are carried out, and finally the recognition result of rolling state for aluminum is output. It is a positive exploration for the next step of "strip break"protection.
