摘要
针对以往钢厂行车定位中存在的累积误差大、成本高、安装维护复杂等问题,设计了一种基于RFID射频识别技术的行车定位系统。详细给出了行车定位系统的总体结构以及系统硬件的安装方式;同时,描述了射频识别读写器与PLC控制器通信软件的设计方法。该系统已成功应用于某钢厂卷板库,通过长时间连续运行表明,其可靠性高、定位准确、便于现场库存的调度与管理,能够获得良好的效益。
To solve the problems of existing location tracking system for overhead traveling cranes in iron & steel works, e.g. , big accumulating error, high cost, complicated installation and maintenance, etc. , the tracking system based on radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has been designed. The overall structure of the system and the installing pattern of the system hardware are given in detail. In addition, the design method for communication software for RFID reader/writer and PLC is described. The system has been successfully used in plate roll warehouse of certain steel works. The long-term continuous operation indicates that the system is reliable, precise in location tracking, easy to dispatch and can maintain the stock with good effects.
