摘要
生态文明建设是中共十七大提出的新的执政理念,已经引起了学界、政界等各方面的热烈关注。文章在国内外文献综述的基础上,系统回顾了生态文明的形成和主要内涵,包括哲学前提、时代定位、与现有文明的关系、重大作用等。通过深入剖析和梳理,围绕生态伦理理念和演变趋势,针对目前出现扩大化和泛化的理解误区,总结生态文明的本质特点及意义,提出未来应加强定量化研究和实证研究的建设方向。
Ecological civilization is a new concept proposed in the 17th National Congress of the CPC. Experts and scholars pay more and more attention to eco-civilization. Based on literature review, this paper summarizes the background and connotations of eco-civilization, including the philosophical premise, the status and role of the times, the relationship between eco-civilization and material, mental and political civilization. As for the expansion and generalization of misunderstanding, the article elaborates the essential characteristics and great significance of eco-civilization, which emphasizes the ecological ethics and the evolutionary trend. Moreover, it puts forward that quantitative and practical study may be concerned in the future.
