摘要
建立了检测小麦、玉米和稻谷中溴氰菊酯残留量的固相萃取-毛细管柱气相色谱方法。用石油醚提取药物，中性氧化铝柱净化，电子捕获检测器毛细管柱气相色谱检测。外标法定量。溴氰菊酯的标准曲线线性回归系数为0．9998，线性范围为0．01～4μg／ml，回收率在90％以上，相对标准偏差为0．944％～3．432％。
The capillary column gas chromatography and solid phase extraction was established for detection of deltamethrine residue in wheat, corn and rice. Medicaments were extracted with petroleum ether, purified with central aluminum oxide, detected by the capillary column gas chromatography of electron capture detector, and quantified by an external standard method. The linear regression coefficient of standard curve for deltamethrine was 0. 999 8, linearity range was 0.01 -4 μg/ml, recovery rate was over 90% and relative standard deviation was 0.944% - 3. 432%
