摘要
目的建立RP-HPLC法测定注射用依达拉奉含量的方法。方法采用反相HPLC法测定依达拉奉的含量,C18色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-醋酸盐缓冲液(28∶72);流速1.0ml/min,检测波长为240nm。结果依达拉奉在6-120μg/ml浓度范围内,呈良好线性关系(r=0.9996),平均回收率100.6%,RSD为1.4%(n=9)。结论RP-HPLC法简便可行,准确,重现性好,可作为注射用依达拉奉的含量测定方法。
Objective To establish a method for determination of edaravone for injection by RP-HPLC. Methods Kromasil C18 column was used, with acetonitrile-acetate buffer ( 28: 72 ) as a mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The wavelength of detector was 240 nm. Results The determination of edaravone showed a good linear relationship in the range of 6 - 120 mg/ml ( r = 0. 999 6 ). The average recovery of cinobufagin was 100.6% , and RSD was 1.4% ( n = 9 ). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and precise, which can be used for the assay of edaravone for injection.
