摘要
本研究通过对致病性沙门氏菌SW1和SW4紫外线诱变传代,观察其血清型、致病力及质粒图谱的变化。选择紫外线诱变沙门氏菌SW1和SW4菌株6min后培养,每个菌株随机挑取9个单菌落连续传60代后做其质粒图谱分析、毒力以及血清型检测。结果表明经紫外线诱变连续传60代后,沙门氏菌SW1的部分单菌落血清型发生明显变化,质粒图谱及毒力无明显变化;而沙门氏菌SW4的血清型和质粒图谱无变化,但单菌落SW4-60-6变为无毒力菌株,这表明病原菌的血清型和致病力在外界条件的作用下会发生一定的改变。
In order to obtain the changes of Salmonella SW1 and SW4 in serotypes, virulence and plasmid ahas by ultraviolet mutation and passage culture, the mutate Salmonella SW1 and SW4 which had been radiated six minutes by ultraviolet rays were cultured, and then nine mutated Salmonella SW1 and SW4 colonies were picked randomLy and cultured about 60-generations, after that the changes of their plasmid atlas and virulence and serotypes were analysed. The results showed that some strains of mutated Salmonella SW1 which were cultured 60- generations had significant changes in their serotypes, but not in their plasmid atlas and virulence; the Salmonella SW4, only one single colony SW4-60-6 had changed to avirulent strain, other aspects had no variance.The results indicated that serotype and virulence of pathogenic bacteria could be changed under the external condition.
