In the new times, there is a strategic target which guarantees that all people share the reform development the achievement, that is, poverty relief development. Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture is the national poverty relief development＇s key region and the Hunan Province poverty relief development main battlefield. Xiangxi must acquire the new thought of poverty relief development to create new path of characteristic poverty relief development and push forward the poverty alleviation and development work to a new level steadily.
