胰十二指肠切除术后胃十二指肠动脉假性动脉瘤出血的介入治疗 被引量：2

摘要 胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaficoduodenectomy，PD）后并发假性动脉瘤出血，临床并不多见，但因发病急、出血量大，内科保守治疗和传统的外科处理预后均较差。及时诊断并治疗假性动脉瘤出血对降低PD术后患者病死率、延长生存时间有着重要意义。本科近年来采用介入栓塞治疗PD后胃十二指肠动脉假性动脉瘤出血患者7例，取得了一定的诊治经验，现报告如下。
