摘要
均方差值最小的优化方法,是施工网络优化的方法之一,它在以往的应用中,只是将某些非关键工作进行右移(向后)调整,在许多情况下,并不能获得最佳优化方案,为将其改进,在原方法的工作右移调整完成之后,再运用一些判别式检验是否有非关键工作可进行左移调整,若有,则进行左移调整,从而获得更佳的优化方案并讨论了在右程调整完成之后还要进行左移调整的原因。
The least - standard - deviation optimizing method is one of the optimizing methods of network construction plan. Previously in the practice of the method some of the uncritical jobs were moved only to the right(backward) for readjustment, in many cases, which could'n t obtain the best optimized plan. So the authors improve the method,that s to say, after having finished all readjustments of moving some of the uncritical jobs to the right, the planner should find out whether there are any uncritical job that can be moved to the left to reduce the standard deviation of the plan, and move them if there are. The improved method can achieve a better optimized plan. In the paper the cause why the former method is not consummated is discussed. An example is given in the paper.
