辅导员必须从繁忙的事务性工作中解脱出来,把自己的主要精力投入到思想政治工作中和提升自身专业素养上来,助理辅导员就成了辅导员制度的有益补充,这既是学校发展的需要,也是辅导员队伍建设的需要。
College counselors must free themselves from their busy routine work so they can be committed to the political and ideological work and to the enhancement of their professional quality. Therefore assistant counselors are a good supplement to the counselors system, meeting the demand of both school development and team construction.
