X70管线钢卷板的工业化生产

摘要 通过设计合理的化学成分和生产工艺,在安钢150t转炉—1780mm热连轧生产线上成功开发了X70高级别管线钢。利用光学显微镜,研究了不同冷却速率下组织与性能的关系。结果表明,当获得针状铁素体组织时,钢板具有最佳的综合力学性能。 X70 pipeline steel was developed successfully by means of reasonable design of chemical composition and production technology in the 150-ton BOF-1780mm hot continuous rolling line of Anyang Iron &Steel Stock Company Limited. The relation of microstructure and mechanical properties in varied cooling rate was studied by the light microscope. The results showed that the steel plate has excellent integrated mechanical properties, when it obtain the acicular ferrite.
