摘要
本文提出了一个测试预约排队策略的数学模型(医院满意度模型)设计思想,并且用计算机程序把该数学模型进行仿真,然后把三种常用的预约排队策略应用到该数学模型进行测试,得出了三组不同的测试结果数据作对比分析,由此从数学的角度证明了最优的预约排队策略。
This paper presents design ideas of mathematical test model (satisfaction model) for testing the booking strategy and uses a computer program to simulate the mathematical model. Then three commonly used queuing strategies is applied to the mathematical model for testing to compute three different sets of testing result data for comparative analysis. Thus from a mathematical point of view,this paper deduces the optimal strategy for the satisfaction model.
