摘要
该铅锌矿铅的氧化率为50.68%,锌的氧化率为11.75%,铅的氧化率较高,铅的回收率很难提高。试验表明采用优先浮选工艺,流程合理,产品指标较高。闭路试验获得品位46.17%、回收率49.40%的铅精矿和品位56.55%、回收率84.17%的锌精矿。氧化铅硫化浮选的效果不好,只能通过其它方法回收。
The oxidation ration of lead is so high, that is 50.68%, while that of zinc is 11.75%, so it is very hard to increase the recovery of lead of the lead zinc. Experiments show that the process of selective flotation is reasonable and the better product index can be obtained. The closed-circuit test can achieves lead concentrate of 46.17% grade, 49.40% recovery ,and zinc concentrate of 56.55% grade, 84.17% recovery .The results of flotation by sulfurization are not favored, so it needs to be recovered by other methods
