摘要
为了得到大型非锚固原油储罐开孔处和大脚焊缝的应力,建立了大型非锚固原油储罐的三维空间有限元模型,分析了储油罐在充水试验期间的应力分布和规律。以一台新建弹性地基上的15×104m3原油储罐为分析对象,开展充水试验期间的应力测试研究和地基沉降监测,并比较实测应力值与有限元计算值之间的误差。结果表明,有限元计算模型最大误差为4.72%,所建立的三维空间有限元和储罐弹性地基接触模型能够真实模拟储罐的受力状态和应力分布,可为大型弹性地基储罐的应力分析提供理论依据。
In order to obtain the stress of hole inner and shell-to-bottom fillet welds of large nonanchoring oil tank,a large non-anchoring oil tank of the three-dimensional FEM was established, and tank stress distribution and patterns of filling water test was analyzed. Based on a new 15×10^4m^3 oil tank which was built on elastic foundation for research,carried out an research of stress measurement and a monitoring of foundation settlement during filling water test,and compare the inaccuracy between reality and theory. The result indicated that FEA model maximum inaccuracy was 4.72%. The model of three:dimensional fern and elastic foundation's contact could be a very good simulation to stress states and distribution,provid the theoretical basis of stress analysis for large elastic foundation tank.
