摘要
对精馏模拟计算中的同时校正法和松弛法进行了对比研究。以某PVA厂醋酸乙烯精馏一塔为对象,通过在相同条件下两种算法的计算结果与实际值的比较,得出松弛法模拟计算结果与实际值吻合较好。同时松弛法具有耗时短、迭代次数少等优点。
Both the simultaneity correction emendation and the relaxation methods in simulating the rectification of vinyl acetate were studied. Comparing both the calculation results of two kinds of arithmetic with the actual values under the same conditions, the conclusions were that the calculation results of relaxation method were better than those done with the simultaneity correction emendation method and the relaxation method had the advantages of both less time and less iterative times.
