摘要
针对现有的吻合计算,存在以轴向RMS最小为设计目标的吻合,对目前计算轴向误差的方法进行了讨论,指出了某些稍不合理的地方,提出了一个较为准确的计算轴向误差的计算公式,并给出了推导过程。对某两个40米天线和64米天线的有限元模型进行了仿真分析,验证了该公式的合理性。实验结果说明,该方法应用范围更广,在工程中应用此方法可以得到更加精确的误差信息,并在此基础上做吻合工作,以便更准确地指导下一步天线的安装和调整,获得更好的天线性能。
In this paper, the existing best-fit calculation, so as to the existence of axial RMS minimum goal for the design of the match, the current method of calculating the axial error is discussed, pointing out that some places a little unreasonable, a more accurate calculation of the axis to the formula for calculating the error and gives the derivation process. And in a 40 m and 64 m antenna of the antenna finite element model for the simulation analysis, we verify the reasonableness of the formula. Experimental results show the wider application of this method in engi- neering application of this method can be more precise and on this basis we do the work, for a better planning of the next step guide antenna installation and adjustment, to get the better the antenna performance.
