高功率因数的三电平整流器控制方法

摘要 本文建立了三电平整流器在同步旋转坐标系统的解耦状态空间方程,给出了电压和电流双闭环控制策略,电压环跟踪负载有功功率,电流环实现指令电流跟踪控制,采用一种具有中点平衡功能的三电平电压空间矢量调制方法。仿真和实验研究结果表明,本文给出的三电平PWM整流器控制系统具有良好的动态性能和稳态性能,电网侧电流波形正弦,能够实现整流器的高功率因数运行。 The three-level PWM rectifier topology has been studied in this paper, and the decoupled state-space equations in synchronous rotating reference frame are derived. The hierarchical controller structure is adopted, namely, the inner current-loop is responsible for reference current tracking and the outer voltage-loop is responsible for load regulation. The proposed three-level PWM rectifier based on space vector pulse-width-modulation (SVPWM) strategy is simulated using MATLAB/SIMULINK. Simulation and experimental results demonstrate that the proposed three-level PWM rectifier provides excellent performance both in steady-state and dynamic load variations. Pure sinusoidal waveforms can be achieved in grid currents with a unity power factor.
