摘要
针对海底天然气水合物地层的独特特性,在充分考虑现有的常用聚合醇钻井液体系的基础上,论述了适合海底天然气水合物地层钻井用含动力学抑制剂的聚合醇钻井液的室内研究情况。结果表明,该体系具有优良的页岩抑制性和水合物抑制性、良好的低温流变性、稳定性和润滑性等特点,能够有效保持井壁稳定,是一种非常适合海底天然气水合物地层钻探的钻井液体系。
To aim at the unique characteristics of submarine gas hydrates formation, taking full account of existing commonly used polyglycol drilling fluid system, this essay presents a detailed exposition of the laboratory study of drilling in submarine gas hydrates formation with polyglycol drilling fluid which contains kinetic inhibitors. It turned out that the system has an excellent inhibition of shale and hydrate, favorable low-temperature rheology, stability, and lubricity, and it has the capability to effectively maintain borehole stability. Hence for these reasons, it is a drilling fluid system that is very suitable for undersea drilling in gas hydrate formation.
