摘要
原油脱盐、脱水是石油工业中不可缺少的环节,受到广泛关注。作者简要介绍了原油乳状液破乳脱水的机理,在此基础上综述了国内外原油脱盐、脱水的主要方法,包括沉降法、电化学法、过滤法、声化学法、磁处理法、微波辐射法、生物法等,并对未来发展方向进行展望。
Dehydration and desalting are indispensable processes in oil industry, and have been increasingly concerned. The mechanism of crude oil dehydration is briefly introduced. On the basis of it, the paper summaries the primary methods of dehydration, such as sedimentation method, electrochemical method, filter method, sonochemical method, magnetic treatment, microwave radiation, biological method and so on,then further envisages the future development direction of dehydration technology.
