摘要
目的建立了麻仁润肠丸中大黄素、大黄酚含量测定方法。方法采用BDS C18柱,以甲醇-0.1%磷酸(85:15),流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254nm,外标法定量。结果发现大黄素在进样量0.03508~0.3508μg范围内,大黄酚在进样量0.09304~0.8304μg呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率大黄素为98.32%,RSD为1.05%(n=6),大黄酚为97.98%,RSD为0.46%(n=6)。结论该方法快速简便,结果准确,可用于麻仁润肠丸的质量控制。
Objective This paper reports a new method for the determination of emodin and ehrysophanol in Marenrunchang-pills. Method BDS C18 was used as the column, and the mobile phase was methanol -0.1% phosphorieacid( 85:15 )with a flow rate of 1 ml/min. The detection wavdlength was 254 nm. Results The calibration curve was in good linearity of emodin over the ranges of 0. 03508 - 0. 3508 μg and chrysophanol over the ranges of 0. 09304 - 0. 8304 ixg; the average recovery of emodin was 98. 32% with RSD 1.05% ( n = 6), of chrysophanol was 97.98% with RSD 0.46% ( n = 6 ). Conclusion This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used for quality control of Marenrunchang-pills.
