摘要
在回顾国内外关于组织学习理论与可持续竞争优势及其相关关系研究成果的基础上,对组织学习能力和可持续竞争优势的内涵及关键要素进行界定和分析,提出了组织学习能力与可持续竞争优势的逻辑关系模型,剖析了组织学习能力对实现可持续竞争优势的作用机理,为指导企业通过组织学习实现可持续发展提供理论支持。
This paper reviews theories on organizational learning, sustainable competitive advantage and research findings on the relationship of them, and then it defines and analyzes the concepts and key contents of organizational learning capability and sustainable competitive advantage on the basis of previous research. Then it develops the relationship model of organizational learning capability and sustainable competitive advantage, and expounds the influencing mechanism of organizational learning capability on sustainable competitive advantage. The implication of this paper is to provide theoretical support for enterprises to realize sustainable development by organizational learning.
