摘要
对氢氧化钠预处理牛粪中纤维素的工艺条件进行了优化研究,各因素较优的水平组合为处理温度95℃、时间3 h、碱浓度3%、固液比1∶12.5。氢氧化钠预处理后,纤维素在总体中所占比例有较大提高,而半纤维素和木质素则有所降低。之后经纤维素酶处理,各因素较优的水平组合为温度55℃、酶液浓度10g/L、底物浓度25 g/L、pH值4.4。
The conditions for degradation of cellulose in cow dung by NaOH pretreatment and enzyme hydrolysis were optimized.The optimum conditions for NaOH pretreatment were the temperature of 100℃,3-hour treatment,the NaOH concentration of 3% and the solid-liquid ratio of 1︰12.5.After the NaOH pretreatment,the cellulose proportion increased greatly,while the proportion of hemicellulose and lignin reduced.Then the optimum conditions for enzyme hydrolysis were the temperature of 55℃,the enzyme concentration of 10 g/L,the substrate concentration of 25 g/L and pH 4.4.
