Fixion PF与PFNA治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折67例临床疗效观察 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨PF膨胀式髓内钉和PFNA内固定治疗老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的效果。方法70例老年性股骨粗隆间骨折患者,随机分为PF组与PFNA组;其中,PF组采用膨胀式髓内钉内固定治疗,PFNA组采用股骨近端抗旋转螺钉内固定治疗。观察手术时间、术中出血、治疗后骨折愈合、并发症出现情况以及术后Harris积分改善情况。结果67例得到平均19个月的随访;手术时间及手术出血量比较PFNA组优于PF组(P<0.01);骨折愈合情况及术后并发症2组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后Harris积分改善情况PF组优于PFNA组(P<0.05)。结论PF膨胀式髓内钉更适合用于老年性股骨粗隆间骨折的治疗。
